For the holiday season, Koriander Publishing announces the release of a new Christmas book for ages 8+ from illustrator and author Koriander Bullard.

Clara, Krampus And The Rat Nutcracker Curse is a fictional fantasy taking place in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany. The story follows a misunderstood 18-year-old debutante named Clara-Marie, who is a "kidult" fan of Santa Claus and collecting dolls. On Christmas Eve, her wealthy family invites rich families from around the world to an extravaganza to celebrate the season. However, one of those families happens to be magical rat monsters who are disguised as humans. The rat monsters turn everyone Clara cares about into nutcracker dolls before they are chased away by Krampus, the devil of Christmas who seeks to take down those who are irrevocably naughty. Seeing Clara in peril, the beast teams up with the girl, and soon they are joined by Prince Rolf, a nutcracker prince from the North Pole. The trio of friends must now go on a quest to save Christmas by taking a magical journey to the North Pole, to clear our the rat army before Santa Claus returns from his annual toy delivery trip. Along the way, Clara must learn about fencing, dessert making and big lessons about mindfulness and self-respect, becoming the daughter her parents need her to be.

The book has mini-lessons about Germany, the history of the original Nutcracker stories and ballet and geography, tucked into a story written to be a bedtime adventure.

Expanding it's reach beyond just books, Koriander Publishing embarks on a new and exciting venture in the world of professional wrestling.

​ Chicagoland Championship Wrestling in association with Koriander Publishing and Pro Wrasslin Shoots brings it’s unique movie style program Saturday Night Grapplemasters to FITE TV, Amazon Prime and Powered4 TV in a global production with new televised events hitting the United States and the United Kingdom.


Originally filmed on October 3rd, 2020 at the American Legion Post #451 in Michigan City Indiana, the two hour, 53 minute long event features professional wrestling filmed in a gritty, cinematic style.


Joining an ensemble cast for Saturday Night Grapplemasters includes Chris Logan, TNA Impact Wrestling’s Marshe Rocket, CHIKARA star C-Red, Garrisaon Creed, P.L. Myers and Kingpin of The Chicago Connection, musician Jonny Nigh, Gunner Brave who is the student of WWE’s Seth Rollins, John Hudson and Tully Bertorelli, who was most recently seen on Fargo, Chicago PD and Empire.


The program also features music from independent musicians Ben Mason and Jonny Nigh and the theme song “Saturday Night” is provided by rock band Thunder Driver.


The event is dedicated in memory of cartoonist and artist Christopher Martinez, whose vision helped to launch the grassroots promotion.


Promoter John Bullard and producer Michael Allen worked tirelessly to create a quality professional wrestling show that doesn’t try to mimic currently seen products from other professional wrestling entities. Everything from the lighting to the type of wrestling ring to the cinematography was all carefully chosen to craft a product that both feels underground and familiar.


This is Chicagoland Championship Wrestling’s second program since their bi-weekly interview series Pro Wrestling Tonight launched on Alco-TV and YouTube in November of 2019.

As 2020 approaches, Koriander Publishing is looking at expansions throughout the world of book publishing, the realm of art and into videography. But before setting sail for the new year, we look back at the last 16 months.

​​Starting in September of 2018, Koriander Publishing began providing videography and graphic design for Illiana Pro Wrestling. As of September 2019, the upstart promotion has now expanded to running shows in the Illinois and Indiana areas, with each show emblazoned with artwork from Koriander Publishing founder Koriander Bullard.

After a successful run as a short story in A Writer For Life LLC's Summer Solstice, the fairy tale Solstice of the Changeling was republished as a stand alone title for ages 7-12 in June of 2019.

The book follows 13 year old Maarika, an often bullied girl who discovers by chance that she is not in fact a human, but instead a changeling. Moreover, she is the lost fairy princess of the kingdom of Fedelim. But before she can return to her family, she must first rescue the human girl she was meant to replace, who has been kidnapped by an evil swamp dragon. This book teaches kids to use critical thinking and basic science to solve problems instead of violence.

November 2019 saw the launch of a new initiative in programming for families with the launch of Chicagoland Championship Wrestling.

The first wave of this multi-part initiative began with he debut of CCW Pro Wrestling Tonight, a half-hour program airing on ALCO-TV channel 99 in Northwest Indiana and on YouTube. With graphics and videography from Koriander Publishing, CCW Pro Wrestling Tonight features in-depth interviews and pro wrestling matches. 

2020 will see the full launch of weekly professional wrestling programming on multiple platforms, courtesy of Koriander Publishing.

This series is focused on daring science fiction stories from a growing list of authors, with Koriander Bullard set to debut in the flagship book. Tentative rating for the series is PG-13.


Koriander’s story Didn’t I Tell You Not To Leave Your Towel, is a comedy of errors written in tribute to Douglas Adams. The story follows a pair of treasure hunting twins who set off with a bootleg map to recover the lost Aviary Chest. Along the way, they make a bad enemy out of a twin trunked alien named Maddox, who is seeking the treasure as part of a planned business deal.


In addition to working with Hydra Productions LLC with this new series comes a partnership with Koriander Publishing’s founder Koriander Bullard, as she is now working with PA and fellow author Chandra Truelove Fry. Chandra, who recently launched the children’s book Dinky Duck and the Lizards and the Christian novella Maid of Virtue, has been helping Koriander reach new readers through her highly sought after services.
